Kalorama is een compacte ronde bewaarkool met een hoog soortelijk gewicht. Ook bij een hoge plantdichtheid blijft het ras uniform. Houd de koolmotjesdruk wel goed in het oog! In de herfst kan het ras direct voor de verse markt gebruikt worden, maar is het ook nog zes maanden bewaarbaar.
